How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your event date. Dates are reserved once your deposit is paid.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date and time. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.
What is included with the 360 photo booth?
Packages may include the 360 booth, event attendant, props, instant video sharing, custom overlay, and red carpet setup depending on the package selected.
How much space is needed?
We recommend a clear space of at least 10x10 feet so guests can safely enjoy the full 360 experience.
Do guests get their videos instantly?
Yes. Guests can usually receive and share their videos instantly by text, email, QR code, or AirDrop depending on the setup.
Do you provide props?
Yes, basic props are included with most packages. Premium props may be included with upgraded packages.
Can I customize the video overlay?
Yes. Custom overlays can include your event name, date, colors, logo, or theme depending on the package selected.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel may be included within a certain service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the service area.
